Winner of the 2008 International Interior Design Association award for "Commercial Office over 10,000 SF", the VIVO building is home to VIVO, its affiliated companies and other unrelated tenants.
Reception, conference and breakroom areas typical of most office suites have been combined into more desirable creatives spaces shared by all tenants. In addition, tenants have access to a fully equipped fitness room, lockers/showers, meditation room and fully appointed break-room with billiards, video games and an outdoor barbeque patio area.
VIVO ingeniously designed and furnished each turn-key suite so that tenants can move-in and start work immediately, as well as expand in place subject to adjacent suite availability.
