Robert Kerwin

Mr. Kerwin is involved with VIVO’s strategic planning and the oversight of all construction operations for VIVO Partners, and its affiliated third-party consulting firm Foursite Consulting LLC (www.foursite.com).

He has managed the design and construction of over 10 million sq. ft. of retail, office, hotel, apartment and storage projects. Highlights include the Scottsdale Promenade and the highly recognized Tempe Marketplace, an 85 parcel brown-field assemblage, that is now home to a 1.3 million sq. ft. retail lifestyle entertainment center.

Mr. Kerwin is an active member of the International Counsel for Shopping Centers.
